When you contemplate the attributes of healthy relationships, there are seven beliefs that provide a strong foundation. These are love, acceptance, approval, appreciation, respect, value and trust. In the past you may have settled for less.  

Until now you may not know that the most important relationship in your life is the one your have with yourself. When you go within you get to be completely honest and ask  "Do I feel important enough to give these gifts to myself?"

As you integrate these values into your life you activate the Laws of Attraction, Reflection, Reciprocity and learn how to establish healthy and appropriate boundaries, as well as the importance of loving self-care.

When you have a healthy and happy relationship with yourself first, you end up attracting wonderful and reciprocal relationships with others.
